How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings — on iOS via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, and on Android via Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation cannot be done from within the app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile page and tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your deletion request.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach analyzes the questions you've answered and your performance patterns to give you personalized study recommendations. You can get detailed explanations for wrong answers and focus on your weakest topic areas.

What is NGN and does NCLEX AI cover it?

Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) is the updated exam format that includes new question types such as case studies, bow-tie, and extended multiple response. Yes — NCLEX AI includes NGN-style questions aligned to the latest NCSBN test plan.

How does Arena mode work?

Arena mode lets you compete against other nursing students in real-time quiz battles. Access it from the main menu, join a match, and see your ranking on the leaderboard.

I forgot to cancel before the renewal date — can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly to request a refund. We are unable to process refunds on behalf of the stores.
